Soccer Registration

For the Fall 2007 Soccer Season, sign-up sessions will be
Held on the following dates at the Parish Life Center:

Saturday, June 2 after 5:00 Mass
Sunday June 3 after 10:30 Mass
Saturday June 9 after 5:00 Mass
Sunday June 10 after 5:00 Youth Mass
Wednesday, June 13 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Parents must register their children in person.
Forms will not be accepted at the School Office or Rectory.

The fee for 2007 is $60, which includes uniforms.
There will be a refundable deposit for the uniform.
If you already have a deposit in and the uniform was retuned
after last season, no additional deposit will be required.
