The Chicago Bulls won 6 of the 10 NBA titles during the 90s. The Bulls were the dynasty team in the 90s. The head coach was Phil Jackson guided the Bulls to many victories and he showed basketball from a different point of view with some spiritual teachings of the game.

The Bulls were unstoppable with players like Dennis Rodman, Scottie Pippen, and Michael Jordan. Rodman robbed many rebounds, he averaged 13.1 rebounds per game. Pippen was great at passing and averaged about 5.7 assists per game and 1.9 steals per game. But the team was led by Michael Jordan.

Michael Jordan was a great player. He astounded crowds by dunking the ball, ground breaking moves and scoring beyond the charts. During his career with the Bulls, Michael averaged 31.7 points per game, 5.6 assists per game, 6.3 rebounds per game.

Jordan was selected for the Olympics in both 1992 and 1996. Michael Jordan is said to be the best player to ever play basketball.

In 1992 the first Olympic games without boycott were hosted in Barcelona, Spain. South Africa rejoined the games after the apatheid. Germany competed as a united country and the Soviet Union competed as a unified team also.

The U.S.A. sent the “Dream Team” a basketball team made up of a number of the most famous professional basketball players.

Almost 9,300 athletes participated and they represented 169 countries.
